When thinking about your best network marketing resource, I encourage you to look at the very thing you’re trying to do every day in your business: recruit new people onto your MLM team. Yes, there are many resources out there to help you build your network marketing business, but I suggest that PEOPLE are your #1 priority.
Sometimes, I believe it’s easy to forget entirely what we’re trying to accomplish in our businesses. As we work hard to attract more leads and prospects into our sales funnels, we need to be careful to not lose the human element.
Remember, your “leads” are real human beings. Make sure you invest quality time in getting to know the people you come into contact with.
Sure, as you build your daily lead flow to 20, 50, or even 100+ people, it’s tough to really get to know everyone. What you need to focus on, though, are the people who raise their hands up and call you asking how they can join your business.
These people are your greatest network marketing resource as they flow into your downline. Although it’s important to keep recruiting new people each day, it’s also vital that you identify those people already on your team who are exhibiting quality leadership skills.
If you want to build a massive residual income, you need to invest time building up leaders below you. Network marketing results begin to show themselves once you’ve helped at least 5-10 people on your team rise up into true leadership positions themselves. When they no longer need you and are actively building their own leaders, watch how your income skyrockets.
This will never happen, though, if the only network marketing resource you think about is the next cool marketing strategy or technique you can try out. Remember that people are the lifeblood of your business. Remember to always stay focused on the human elements and dynamics going on within your downline.
Do this and you’ll build the dreams of others as yours are being built, also.
