It’s time to watch videos that uplift you and teach you personal growth. It’s time to listen to audios that help you understand what it takes to lead others. You must attend events and get around others that are more successful than you.

Surrounding yourself with leaders is one of the best ways to become a leader. Multi-level marketing is a great place to surround yourself with leaders…so you’re in the right place at MonaVie.

Understand that it doesn’t matter how many prospects you have to talk to if you aren’t always growing as a leader. Think about it… who do you want to recruit into your business? The guy who’s only ambition is to flip burgers at the local hamburger shop or a sharp real estate agent with a list of contacts a mile long?

I know, there are plenty of stories of blue-collar guys who go on to become leaders. However, wouldn’t it just be easier to recruit “up” rather than “down”? Of course it would.
