If you’ve joined the company (or, are thinking about it), you’ll earn a 30% commission on all sales you make. Distributors join for either $599 or $99. Of course, if you get in at the higher amount, you’ll receive more product to sell upon signup, as well as becoming eligible for their matching bonus and rank advancement option.
The Javita compensation plan is a unilevel plan. Usually, these types of plans go through 7 levels, but this one pays through 14 levels at 4% and also includes the Fast Start Bonus standard to most MLM comp plans.
A “managers & directors” (MAD) bonus is also included in the comp plan, where a flat percentage on company revenue is paid out to managers and directors monthly.
