Global Information Network Warning! Key Facts For Both Prospects & Members Of The Global Information Network

I’m writing this Global Information Network review for two groups of people:

You’re trying to figure out GIN & whether you should invest the cash to join
You’ve joined and can’t figure out why no one else will join you in your organization

Let’s start at the beginning–info to help your decision on whether joining is right for you–the Global Information Network officially launched on November 1, 2009. GIN has gone from a big question mark in the eyes of many to a massively growing organization that is attracting many new members daily.

Some main benefits of a GIN membership include:

personal growth and development material
business and mental skills training
natural health information and training
networking with success oriented individuals looking for joint venture opportunities
Law of Attraction training that fills in the missing pieces from “The Secret” or “Think & Grow Rich”

Is the Global Information Network a Scam?

Absolutely not. In fact, I’ve been blessed to develop a nice, steady residual income stream through building my GIN business.

More important than the money, though, is the training GIN has provided me. I’ve always loved personal growth and development material and it wasn’t until I became a member of GIN that I truly understood how much the line, “you don’t know what you don’t know” is true. I thought I had the Law of Attraction and other self improvement concepts “figured out”, but quickly discovered how wrong I was

Before I got started with my Global Information Network business, I had all kinds of books about self improvement, yet after I listened to the cd set, Your Wish Is Your Command, I realized I had much more to learn. It was kind of like Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, thinking he already had it all figured out until Yoda made it clear that he was far off from being there.

If you love the ideas of abundance, personal growth and development, self improvement, the Law Of Attraction, etc, but are wondering why you still haven’t achieved in your life all that you want to, then I encourage you to take a real long look at GIN. This “club” teaches its members how to “fill in the holes” that littered all throughout the popular self improvement courses you’ve probably already taken.

What I learned through this organization is until you receive “master training”, your life will remain “stuck”. The information I’ve had access to as a member isn’t available from “gurus” you already heard of. I know, because I’ve read their books and attended their seminars, too…yet my life didn’t start changing in a real way until I found GIN.

The Global Information Network offers you and I something the ultra-successful already have and use: a support group that teaches info that isn’t online or in your library…info that has been held in secret for generations…info that unlocks the power within you to achieve all that you desire.

Why the Controversy Surrounding the Global Information Network?

Yes, I’m well aware of the controversy surrounding GIN and the stories circulating about the “secret society” element to this, questions as to whether a GIN membership is worth the money, the fact that Kevin Trudeau is leading the charge, and all the rest.

First, let’s hit the secret society stuff. Like I mentioned above, all elite and ultra-successful people are a part of some sort of “society” or “club” where they are connected with others who will help lift them up. The challenge is: can you join the Harvard Alumni Group? No, but you CAN join the Global Information Network.

What’s of concern to me is developing my personal growth skills, as well as those I’ve been so fortunate to attract into my GIN affiliate business. Further, my concern is to develop more wealth through:

GIN’s affiliate program
the contacts I’m making with other GIN members, and
the wealth info brought forth through my GIN membership

in order to protect my family in these current economic times…

Isn’t that what’s important in life? Creating a better “YOU” and a better life for your family? I find that much of the negative stuff put forth comes from those closed off mentally to this idea of GIN, while all I hear from other Global Information Network members is how their lives are changing for the POSITIVE.

Is the Global Information Network Membership Worth the Money?

In my humble opinion, the information is CHEAP when the result of digesting it turns a person into a better human being…a more empowered human being…a human being who has their ACT TOGETHER, and is now in a position to better the lives of those around them. This is what’s difficult sometimes to help those who aren’t members to understand.

The initial benefits of a Global Information Network membership are more about what’s happening inside of you…how you think about your relationships, money, the definition of “success”, your health and well-being, etc. Later, when your thinking is “straightened out”, you begin to see “real world”, physical manifestations of your dreams and goals.

Some people can’t see into this type of life transformation and never get themselves into the Global Information Network in order to get the info and help. Unfortunately, these are the folks who need membership the most.

By the way, aside from the monthly seminars held all across the nation dealing with cutting edge knowledge regarding health, wealth, personal growth, spiritual growth, etc, a huge benefit I’ve personally experienced are the relationships I’ve been able to build with other GIN members I’ve had the pleasure to meet.

I’ve discovered that GIN members by and large are people who are concerned about societal issues such as the problems in our schools, the corruption in government, the dangerous food being produced, the economic catastrophe looming over us, corporation dominance over personal rights, etc. If you’re concerned about those issues, you’ll love being in GIN.

In addition, I’ve gained clients for my business from GIN members who need help with their business websites. I’ve seen other members form lucrative business relationships with one another, also.

So, it’s not all about some of the ridiculous comments I see online, such as “Isn’t GIN a scam for selling information when we have free libraries?” I’ve been to the library many times in my life and have never found the info my GIN membership provides me there.

One of the main methods used by GIN to help elevate individuals is to teach the Law of Attraction through its Your Wish Is Your Command CD set. This is controversial because many uninformed individuals believe the Law of Attraction is hogwash (in actuality, it’s very real and will be brought up in some of my future posts, so stay tuned for that!)

Is it worth it for you to purchase a Global Information Network membership? I don’t know. Only you can make that call. Only you know your current life situation. Only you know if you need what I’ve described above.

Will everyone gain the same benefits discovered within a Global Information Network membership? Not likely, since everyone is at a different place in life and has varying needs, thoughts, and responses to the info. I’ve said it above but I’ll say it again: those who get the least out of it need it the most but their OWN THINKING gets in their own way.

Global Information Network & Kevin Trudeau

On his radio show at KTRadioNetwork.com, Trudeau talks regularly about GIN and the benefits of membership. Because of his recent court battles with the FTC over his book, The Weight Loss Cure, many people label Trudeau as a “snake-oil” salesman and say his Natural Cures books mislead people.

I happen to know this is utterly untrue. I have first-hand knowledge regarding many of Kevin Trudeau’s health recommendations, as well as the health experts brought to us inside GIN, and can say without reservation that his information is spot on correct.

I’ve done personal research into what he has researched and he is no snake-oil guy…he’s telling the truth about the dangers of pharmaceutical drugs and processed foods. It’s just that he’s going up against Big Pharma and all their resources (such as the FDA/FTC) that come down on folks exposing its lies.

So, if you’re looking to possibly join or you’re looking at building a Global Information Network business, don’t let anyone dissuade your ambition when they talk negatively of Trudeau, as he is simply going against the establishment in many ways.

How to Make Money With the GIN Affiliate Program…

Note: Not everyone joins GIN in order to promote it through the affiliate program. As a matter of fact, the stats tell us that 70% join with the intention of simply using the benefits to help them in their personal lives and/or current businesses. Only 3 out of 10 people have an interest in promoting the affiliate program (I actually started out as one of those 7, but later changed my mind as I learned more).

For anyone who wants to build their own Global Information Network business, GIN provides us a wonderful way to promote our businesses. The great thing is that it truly does NOT involve becoming a salesperson. It involves simply handing out an audio cd to prospects. It’s truly that easy and upon joining, you’ll be trained on the specifics.

For the rest of this article, I’ll talk about some basics of Internet marketing when it comes to building an MLM biz. However, I recommend using the Global Information Network system they’ve already provided (mentioned above) when it comes to specifically building a GIN downline. The concepts and system I’ll describe below work best to market general network marketing training material, which then allows you to make contact with more and more people you can offer the GIN materials to as you build a relationship with them.

Most people struggle online because they commit the 5 DEADLY SINS:

1) They Won’t Brand Themselves! (attraction marketing)

In general, the network marketing industry is full of people who fail to build true relationships with the people they are marketing to. Network marketing is only going to work if you get really good at building those relationships.

Remember this concept: People only do business with people they know, like, respect and trust.

Although the Global Information Network is a fantastic organization, people are going to have to be attracted to you in order to desire a relationship that building your GIN businesses together will require. Even though people can join you simply by listening to cd we give out, you can also get good at attracting new prospects through a general online system, providing them valuable marketing training, and helping them see you are a person they want to be in business with. (again, this is Attraction Marketing)

2) Zero EFFECTIVE marketing training

Many years ago, when I first got into network marketing, I was told by my “leaders” to go run around local malls picking up business cards and to then cold call those people back. I was actually told once to just cold call from the phone book. I was told to get my family and friends “in”.

It didn’t work and when I asked for a better method, I was told to “keep on doing it” until it “popped”. Hello, McFly!…ever hear the definition of insanity?

Before I go any further, let me say that I’m NOT saying these offline efforts NEVER work. I’m saying that it takes a unique type of person to have success with that. People have become millionaires this way…but, again, most people aren’t cut out for it or don’t have the warm market going in to make it happen.

What if you looked at this in a different manner? What if you could offer REAL value to the people you meet, whether or not they join you in the Global Information Network or not? What if you could build real relationships and position yourself as a REAL leader who can solve the challenges, wants and desires of your prospects?

I should say that GIN is quite different from most network marketing opportunities out there, simply because our cd handout system removes many of the barriers people associate with the industry. I use our system offline and it works wonderfully. I’m simply pointing out another way to attract more prospects online at the same time.

How would your life as a GIN affiliate improve if you could, starting TODAY, get your cd message in front of 5 interested and qualified prospects every single day of the week? 3) Not enough folks to talk to

We’ve all heard of the NFL. No, not the National Football League! The No Friends Left league…

Most of us have been involved in network marketing before we found GIN. So, if you’ve already talked to your friends and family about multiple MLM “deals” that never panned out for any of you, then it can be quite difficult to bring it up once again, right? (although, once again, because GIN is unique in our “positioning”, you should still work hard to get that cd in their hands!)

But, if you’re looking for a way to branch out your prospect list, you can have more than 1 marketing strategy in place not only for yourself but for your teammates, as well.

Yes, there’s a way to do it, both ONLINE and OFFLINE, whether or not your warm market “warms’ up to you. There IS a way to set yourself up so that you never run out of prospects and build a huge Global Information Network organization. You just need to ensure that you can stay in business long enough to make it happen, which leads us to DEADLY SIN #4:

4) Going broke before hitting it “big”

Have you faced the fact yet that network marketing is a challenging endeavor in the beginning? Marketing your biz takes cash. The various training courses you can learn from cost money. Right from the start, you’re chances of going broke before you earn anything are quite high.

How about if you could instead earn cash from each person you talked to whether or not they joined you in the Global Information Network or not? How about if you were helping that person and educating them on what it takes to make it in network marketing as you were earning that money?

What would it be like if you had such powerful and effective marketing tools, resources, and trainings to offer these people that they couldn’t wait to grab their wallet and purchase them from you because they can clearly see the solutions they’re being provided.

Think this through: How much trust would you develop with your prospects when they see how you’re giving them PRECISELY what they’re looking for in terms of learning how they too can achieve success? You’re providing value, gaining the trust of your prospects, all while earning hundreds or thousands of dollars each month so that you can stay in business long enough to realize your long-term goals.

5) Lack of belief in themselves and/or the industry we’re in

One of the things I can’t stand in this industry is when so-called “leaders” tell new people to “fake it til you make it”. I heard that a lot in past companies I was in. How in the hell is that authentic? We’re in the PEOPLE business and my “leaders” were telling me to LIE about where I was at first!

Then, these “leaders” wonder why their people have no faith in the company, product or industry. They wonder why their people can’t get other people to join… it’s because those prospects can see that you’re broke and struggling and have absolutely no belief in yourself or your opportunity!

People aren’t stupid and as soon as you act like they are and are not seen as authentic, you’re dead in the water before you ever got yourself started.

Let me help you look at this differently…Let’s take all of the focus off YOU and put it all on others who are succeeding. Let’s help you leverage some of the best people in the network marketing industry. How would your success go if you could point your prospects to the trainings and teachings of the top earners in the industry as you teach them valuable info?

Personal growth and development is the SINGLE, MOST EFFECTIVE thing that I focus on with new people because it’s what changes you into the expert and leader over time. If you focus your attention on it, you can definitely grow into the person who deserves to be looked upon as a true, authentic leader.

You’ve just got to generate a belief in yourself and this industry because what other industry can you become a part of for a few hundred or thousand dollars and then grow that into millions if you learn how to do it right?

The “right” way begins with you fixing how you THINK, though. You must do all you can to empower your mind. As you do, don’t ever fake where you are. Be real with people, even if you’ve never recruited one person. If you are, you’ll soon be recruiting many people.
